MB Software & Consulting, Inc. (
www.mb-software.com) was founded in 1995 by Michael Boadway. The
Workload Performance Series software, developed and marketed by MB Software, is in use by many medium to large corporations around the world. This software focuses on application performance analysis for IBM midrange servers (AS/400, iSeries, System i and IBM i). The original software versions were written using the RPG and CL programming languages which run natively on these IBM midrange servers.
In August of 2000, MB Software started a new company called ezRAD.com, Inc. with a primary focus on new and easy rapid application development. The first task for this new organization was to completely redesign, rewrite and redocument the
Workload Performance Series software using platform independent technology and programming languages. After many years of research and development, the
Workload Performance Series v7.0 software was released in 2007 with many new features, functionality, documentation and multi-platform support.
The vision of ezRAD.com, Inc. was to implement its new high performance, cross-platform technology initially via the
Workload Performance Series software and MB Software's existing customer base. After a few years of stabilizing the new software infrastructure, the rollout of additional software modules would begin. In May of 2009, ezRAD.com, Inc. released a new software product called
ezRAD.com/alerts. This new module monitors web servers and immediately alerts systems managers of any service interruptions. This tool is the 8th module deployed using the ezRAD.com, Inc. technology. The
Workload Performance Series v7.0 is a bundle of 7 modules focused primarily on the IBM midrange market. The
ezRAD.com/alerts module supports any HTTP, FTP, POP or SMTP service monitoring regardless of operating system platform.
Many more modules are coming soon...
